The Crusty Bun Bakery and Cafe, specializing in European style artisan breads and baked products made on-site, chose Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. to complete the design and construction of the second location of their highly recommended kitchen and café.

Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. worked with The Crusty Bun to allow for the practical reuse of the existing space with modifications as necessary for improved kitchen efficiencies and customer interaction, providing over 1,000 sq.ft. of seamless commercial kitchen finishes for their open-concept preparation and baking operations. The café area includes barrier free improvements and expansion to allow for seating of up to 32 customers to enjoy their home-made soups, sandwiches and freshly baked products.
