Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was contracted to repair the failing structural wood roof beams throughout CP Rail’s shop. All work was completed while maintaining CP’s operations in the shop.

The work included replacement of existing beams including jacking and shoring of the roof structure and installation of new roof beams, as well as alternative repairs to existing beams and other structural components.
