Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. partnered with Price Industries Limited to provide design build services for the Salvagnini Expansion project at their Raleigh Street facility used in the manufacturing of HVAC equipment.

The extreme weight of the production equipment and machinery to be installed in the addition required a heavy duty foundation. Thirty (30) 24” diameter deep cast in place concrete piles were installed to a depth of 62 feet. These piles were critical to the alignment and tolerances of the production equipment in the facility.
