Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. bid was the general contractor selected by Suncor Energy for the development and construction of a new Petro-Pass facility on an undeveloped 3.7 acre site in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

The cardlock canopy and islands included 8 dispensers providing on-island DEF, diesel and gasoline feed from 3 – 65,000L and 2 – 50,000L underground tanks. Site development included 3 acres of heavy-duty paved asphalt, perimeter concrete curbing, islands and landscaping, land drainage tied into an oil water separator and lift station.

The Convenience Store included sales area merchandise displays, refrigeration and food service equipment. The 24-hour card accessed Drivers Lounge provided a rest area, showers, laundromat and washroom facilities.
