Miller Environmental Corporation needed a new building with office administration space and a decontamination area for its operations in Saint Jean Baptist, Manitoba. As the design-builder, we provided all the design and construction services from concept to completion.

The new 6,500 square foot facility included office space, lunchroom, boot wash area, both men’s and women’s change rooms with hallways for the next crew of clean workers to bypass the shower/washroom area.

Miller Environmental required the building within a tight timeline. To meet the challenge, we designed and constructed a pre-fabricated wall and roof system to expedite the construction process. Through our unique solutions and careful planning, the project was completed one month ahead of schedule.
