To meet the demands of their growing business, Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was selected by Dr. Hook Towing Services to design and build an addition to their existing facility at 75 Lowson Crescent. Through the design process, Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. worked closely with the client to explore their vision and identify the project requirements.

The building addition was constructed using precast concrete wall panels, supporting the roof structure and eliminating the need for steel columns, beams and supports. The new 7,600 square foot, precast structure houses administration offices, three service bays and a 100 foot long wash bay.
