When CentrePort Canada Inc. decided to relocate their national headquarters to The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce building in downtown Winnipeg, their timeline, budget and performance requirements were strict. Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was engaged to provide a full design and construction package for the interior renovation, with six offices constructed around the existing administration and public areas.

Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. integrated new offices and meeting rooms into the uniquely-shaped space, allowing the reuse of existing furniture while maintaining the existing reception and public areas. Working with the unique shape of the space to allow for an abundance of natural light throughout the offices, as well as maximize value for each dollar, incorporating custom wood stained millwork and frosted glass panels created a modern, warm space that fit seamlessly with The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce’s own aesthetics. High-end visual enhancements were incorporated to represent CentrePort Canada’s corporate image.
